Nasser Al Mutawa is a private sector businessman who has recently joined the team of Ministry of Commerce and Industry as an Operations and IT Advisor and then as an Undersecretary of Tech Support and Planning. Nasser is leading MOCI’s efforts in digitizing its services and easing doing business in Kuwait. Al Mutawa has nurtured his wealthy experience at blue-chip companies in Kuwait; Zain and Gulf Bank, and has also established Phrind, a Kuwait-based digital solutions company.
