Abdullah Alharoun is a partner at the International Counsel Bureau a leading firm in Kuwait. He primarily practices general corporate law with particular focus on the provision of simple, practical and objective driven advice. Abdullah's practice spans myriad of industries including capital markets (debt and equity offerings), energy, and investments. Abdullah regularly advises local, regional, and global firms. His notable transactional work includes: the acquisition of Carriage by Delivery Hero, 4Sale by NBK Capital Partners, and MEGlobal by EQUATE in addition to the majority of the international debt capital market offerings with a Kuwaiti nexus.
